Refund and Rescheduling Policy

All sales are final.

Live Readings need to be rescheduled with a minimum of 6 hours in advance. Reading will be rescheduled once if you cannot make the appointment. If you miss your second reading appointment, you will not be rescheduled. The reading will be completed in video format and no partial refund will be made.

Please note readings are for adults 18 years or older. I do not provide health/medical diagnosis, legal, pregnancy, or contact with deceased. I do reserve the right to turn down any reading request for any reason.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puerto Rico.
